Had a great experience with By Carl's from start to finish. Our Project Specialist Phil was awesome. He came out showed us the product and explained what was going to be done. He took care of all measurements and got back to us very fast with an estimate. The estimate beat the other two companies I had talked to which was great.Due to property line issues and getting permits the fence had to be remeasured twice. Phil came out without hesitation and remeasured to make sure everything was... correct. This was done without hassle or delay. I have to say Phil is a great asset to the company.The crew came out on time and on the scheduled day. Do to the size of the lot and the number of panels to be installed the crew chief told me it was a two day project immediately. Which was fine by me. The crew worked very hard and made sure everything was placed properly including posts, panels, and locking devices. The fence came out beautiful do to their hard work.My family and especially my dogs are super happy with the fence and how much property we can utilize now because of the work done by everyone at By Carl's from our sales specialist Phil to the people in the office and the crew that placed the fence.Thank you for making our home that much more beautiful!!read more

I had such an exceptionally good experience with John Sanchez (the Repairs Supervisor) of Carl's Fencing, Decking & Home Improvements. The gate of our 60+ year old fence broke. We did not want to replace the fence at this time. We just wanted a functional gate. I called Carl's and scheduled an appointment for a repair assessment. John came out right on time, looked at the gate, and repaired it right on the spot! He was extremely professional and personable. He took his time and explained... everything to me. I am VERY happy. When it comes time for us to replace this fence, we know who we will be calling!read more

Carl’s installed a convex cedar fence in October 2010. Our fence is in excellent condition, despite its age, but the gate did not snap close as it once did. A repairs supervisor came out, our intention was just to get an estimate on its repair. John arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window, and was able to quickly identify and make the necessary adjustments. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism and plan to use this company again in the near future. Thank you Carl’s Fencing!
