John R. has been working with Carl’s since 2002. He started out installing fences and delivering material, but he quickly advanced to the sales team. John enjoys serving the NJ area with the best products and personalized service. His favorite aspect about working for Carl’s is the ability to travel throughout the region, meeting new and different people every day. His knowledge of the home improvement business makes him a part of our valuable team and he continues to keep up-to-date on the latest products available to customers.

Vinny I. has previously owned and operated three successful companies before joining the Carl’s team. His love for design and working in the field began in his teenage years. His designs for Carl’s include outdoor spaces, decks, pool houses, and pergolas. Vinny works with the sales team to provide ongoing training on the latest design techniques and products. He believes that the best part of his job is the rewarding challenge of designing and creating custom-made projects for each customer.

A love for home improvement runs through Rob R.’s blood and was inspired by his father. Rob has over 10 years experience as a site supervisor, 10 years experience in fencing, and 40 years experience in sales. Rob takes safety and compassion to heart. He believes that every day at Carl’s is different, because each customer and project is unique. Rob finds the unparalleled commitment to personalized customer service as the most rewarding aspect of his job. Rob enjoys working with clients to supply exceptional fencing, roofing, windows, and decks.

Dominic S. is Carl’s Director of Sales for the Exterior and Home Improvement Division.  He has been involved in home improvement and construction since his childhood, working on many complex projects for his family’s business. Dominic has experience with total constructions and additions on numerous local large-scale buildings. After years of training and gaining experience, Dominic graduated from Trenton State College with a passion for design and an eye for detail. Before joining Carl’s, Dominic worked for over 15 years in sales and excelled in the area of home architecture. He says what motivates him every day is the satisfaction on homeowners’ faces after seeing their home completely transformed by the services and installations by Carl’s.

Brent’s interest in home improvement began at a young age. He gained his knowledge and training during his youth in construction and renovations while working under his grandfather. After graduating from Stockton College, Brent joined Carl’s and began assisting in installations. His advanced knowledge and love for excellent customer service helped him transition into the Carl’s sales team. In his free time, he runs a non-profit organization with his brother and enjoys helping his friends and family with their home improvement projects.

Brian M. is a native of Toms River, NJ. He graduated from York College and has worked with Carl’s for nearly a decade. He began as a purchasing and inventory specialist, and quickly transitioned to the sales team, specializing in all types of residential and commercial projects. Brian says educating homeowners and guiding them in the right direction is his favorite part of the job. He believes his valuable product knowledge and eye for detail are his best attributes.

Kevin has worked with Carl’s for over 15 years. He is an expert in the field, having been involved in many fencing and decking projects, and stays up-to-date on the latest advances in home improvement. Kevin says he loves the family atmosphere of Carl’s and the joy that comes from each customer after their custom installations. In his spare time, he enjoys playing on the golf course.

Joe R. joined the Carl’s family in 2005. He began as a yard laborer, then advanced to delivery and pick-up of materials/ products. Joe also worked in fence installations and was later promoted to the sales team. When asked what has made him a successful salesman, he said he believes it began with his early employment with Carl’s where he learned home improvement from the ground up. Joe takes pride in his work for Carl’s and says that very few companies offer the quality and personalized service provided by Carl’s. During the off-season,  Joe enjoys educating and coaching the students of Shore Regional High School.

Mike S. joined Carl’s in 2013 and has a wide array of home improvement knowledge. He began with fencing installations in 1982 and after 16 years, Mike developed an interest in customer service and sales.  He also has knowledge in windows and decking. He loves what he does, and working with people he cares about. Mike is best known for coming to work with a positive outlook and bringing a smile to every homeowner he visits.

John M. has been a member of the Carl’s sales team for several years. He first began installing decks with his brothers while attending Monmouth University and now has a passion for all things home improvement. John believes that building strong relationships with his customers has been his key to success. He is dedicated to providing superior customer service to his customers.

Starting out as a fence installer with Carl’s in 2007, Mike M. quickly transitioned to sales. He has many years of experience in fencing, decking, and railing installation.  Mike strongly believes that the level of customer service by the Carl’s team and quality installations surpass other home improvement companies. He enjoys interacting with customers and providing helpful home improvement tips to the community.
